  • 1 cup to 1 bag of Crunchy Bean Mix Sprouts
  • 3 tbs tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1 tsp -1 tbs lemon juice
  • ¼-1/2 tsp salt
  • olive oil
Do this!
  1. put sprouts and garlic in food processor pulse till ground
  2. add tahini and lemon juice pulse till mixed through
  3. add about 1 tbs olive oil until it gets to an almost dip texture
  4. add salt (according to your taste)
  5. add lemon juice (according to your taste)
  6. add more olive oil if needed
