New potatoes hit the oven, then your tastebuds, with flavour to spare

  • Get this:
  • 1 shallot / green onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bay leaf, crumbled
  • ½ TBSP fresh tarragon, chopped
  • ½ TBSP fresh sage, chopped
  • ½ TBSP fresh oregano, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 8-10 new potatoes (red, white or mixed)

  1. Do this!
  2. Turn oven on at 375F
  3. Follow instructions in ingredients list
  4. Add oil, blend
  5. Transfer ⅓C to large bowl
  6. Toss potatoes in bowl
  7. Transfer to tray, roast until golden brown
  8. (turn once or twice for easy browning)
  9. Drizzle with remaining mixture, serve
