How Do our Rentals Work?
Main Street Market operates on a rental/commission model. We rent out pieces of our store and keep a small percentage of sales. Our rental contracts are on a 1-month basis in order to provide Makers and Small Businesses flexibility in scaling up, or down.
Our rental areas start as small as 2 cubic feet and go as large as you desire. Our rates start as low as $15.00 / cubic foot. To discuss pricing options please fill out one of our vendor applications and a team member will be in touch!
